I have spent twenty-three years with that question. Nine of them recruiting for the University of Warwick, reading application after application from Indian schools. Six of them as the counsellor inside The Shri Ram School, sitting across from parents exactly where you are now.
Here is what all those years taught me: admissions rewards clarity, not panic. A student who knows what they care about, and can say it plainly, is read differently from one who has collected achievements.
So I will not sell you certainty, and the essays that leave this office will always sound like your child, only clearer. I will ask better questions, tell you the truth about where your child stands, and stay long enough to see the answers change.
Sometimes that is one call. Sometimes it is six years, from school to a master's degree. If that is the kind of guidance you want, start with a call. If it is not, everything on this page is free to read, and I hope it helps anyway.
