What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect the student's name, your email address and phone or WhatsApp number, the school, grade and curriculum, the countries and degree level you are considering, the intake year, the services you are interested in, how you found us, and anything you write in the notes field. We do not collect payment details on this site.
Information about students under 18
Most of our students are minors. Enquiries should be submitted by a parent or guardian, or with their permission. We only use a student's information to prepare for and deliver counselling, and we never sell it or use it for advertising.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare for a first call, to deliver the service you choose, and to keep a record of our work together. If you ask us to, we also use quotes or outcomes on this website, and only with written permission.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in our secure database and are visible only to the UNI101 team. Email notifications about new enquiries are sent to our own company address. We keep enquiry records for as long as needed to support your family, and then delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hi@uni101.in and we will act on it.
